Width: 120 cm (47.2") Depth: 77 cm (30.3") Height: 44 cm (17.3")

A beautifully crafted Belgian coffee table dating from the 1970s, combining solid oak with an impressive natural fossil slate top. The warm oak frame features softly rounded waterfall-style legs that elegantly wrap around the tabletop, creating a clean architectural silhouette with exceptional craftsmanship. The inset slate top is particularly striking, displaying its natural split-face texture with visible fossil inclusions that were formed millions of years ago. Every section of the stone reveals unique organic markings, making each table completely one of a kind. The combination of richly toned oak and dark grey fossil slate perfectly reflects the organic modern aesthetic that became popular throughout Belgium and Northern Europe during the 1970s. Its restrained design allows the beauty of the natural materials to take center stage. This versatile coffee table works beautifully in Mid-Century Modern, Scandinavian, Wabi-Sabi, Contemporary, Japandi and Brutalist interiors.
