Committee

Born in London and Northampton, respectively, in 1975, Harry Richardson and Clare Page formed Committee in 2004 after meeting at Liverpool Art School, where they studied Fine Arts. Their space in the Deptford area of London functions as a workshop and gallery. Richardson is a Tutor in the Design Products Department at the Royal College of Art.

Committee has produced projects for brands such as Moooi, Lladro, Cibone, and Established & Sons, but they also create self-initiated and commissioned works born out of their mutual interest in re-purposing found objects and using material culture to challenge preconceived notions about today’s world.
